Two choirs decided to start a new tradition. They perform the Johannes and Mattheus Passion by Bach in alternating years. And they wanted everybody to know so they needed a complete set of designs:

The logo is based on a original piece of handwriting by Bach for the Mattheus passion. Using the crown of thorns image I added the suffering of Christ as a strong narrative element about the musical masterpiece.
